As a mom of three, I’m well aware of the effort it takes to breastfeed a child. It’s not always easy and there can be a lot of challenges that come up along the way. But despite all of this, I’m here to tell you that the effort is worth it! Breastfeeding offers an incredible number of benefits for both mother and baby, and I’m here to share my experience and why I think breastfeeding is worth the effort. As a mother of three, I have seen firsthand the amazing benefits of breastfeeding. Breastfeeding can be hard work, but it is worth the effort! Through my experiences, I have come to understand the numerous benefits of breastfeeding for both mom and baby. In this blog post, I will be sharing my insights on why breastfeeding is worth the effort and how it has helped me and my family.

My Experience

Breastfeeding has been a significant part of my journey as a mother of three. Each breastfeeding experience has been unique and special in its own way, creating lasting memories that I cherish to this day.

I have nursed all three of my children for 2-3 years each. Elias is still going strong at 2 years old even. I am such a strong advocate and even help many mamas with their journey in the studio at their newborn session.
Breastfeeding also taught me resilience and perseverance. There were challenges along the way, but through it all, I persisted because I knew that the effort was worth it. The joy and fulfillment I felt as I watched my babies grow and thrive nourished by my breast milk made all the challenges seem insignificant in comparison.
